I was looking to buy a new set of back tires for my Raptor. I do alot of differant riding on diferant terrain. Everything except sand pretty much. I am thinking either the Bandits or the Razors. Anyone have experiance w/ these tires? If so can u please tell me what you think of them? Thanx

 

I bought Bandit XC's for my ATC 250R two years ago and theyve been great. I've done two Salt Lake City to Wendover NV. rides on these tires,(about 240 miles round trip)and lots of desert and high mountain riding over some sharp and jagged rock. They are showing some signs of tread wear but nowhere close to loosing thier first set of shallow grooves. I just sold the three wheeler to my son in law and bought a raptor in Nov. Check out WWW.rockymountainatv.com for tire prices. Bandit A/T's$49.99. And XC's $59.99. Xc's have a kevlar belt.

 

If the old saying is true; you get what you paid for. Well the stock tires are the best at $135 a piece.

after i got a flat on the right front, then punched a big hole in the left front after going over a tree stump. i gave the factory ones away.
i bought the razrs and i made it a huge difference for me. i can now dirt track the rear end, the front seems to steer me in the direction i want to go. instead of pushing thru the corners. they hook up great and they are (6) ply. also.

 

JUVENILE, YOU ARE JOKING RIGHT. THE STOCK TIRES ARE A JOKE, NOT EVEN CLOSE TO THE BEST. COME ON THEY ARE DUNLOP. I HAVE HARDLY NO TRED LEFT AND HAVENT EVEN RODE MY RAPTOR MUCH. $135 A PICE IS A RIPP OFF, WHEN YOU CAN PAY THAT MUCH FOR 2 OF THE BEST TIRES

 

FearThiisRaptor; Those tires are overpriced. I was really surprised at how much they cost. No, they are not worth that much. And I thought Razrs were expensive when they first came out. In my riding area they provide great traction when I'm haulin a** down in South LA. If & when it's time to change my tires due to the overprice of those dunlops I'm not sure that I will stick with them.
