I swamped my Raptor 700r
is it running any different? loss of power or anything like that?
If not I would probably not worry about it, or go to your kawasaki dealer and listen to a new one to compare the sound.
If the knocking is not really loud and is more of a ticking then it could possibly be a valve needing adjusted.
Is the bayou still under warrenty? if so then take it in and complain about the knocking sound

I swamped my Raptor 700r
Yeah I bought the 4 year extended on it, I'm gonna bring it in, it don't seem to have less power though, But it is knocking somewhat. I have been so caught up with mine I forgot I have the warrenty on it, and its brand new I bought it in April.
