Damn.. I bought a pipe and quiet core off these guys on June 6,Just got off the phone with them,they tell me my order should ship out Wednesday or Thursday..I'm Like WTF!!They offer no reason just a I'm sorry..That means my order isn't shipping till a full 3 WEEKS after it was placed..Probley be another week to get here..This damn pipe better be worth it..Crazy..

 

The pipe is great! I can see how your frustrated, hopefully you will be satisfied with your purchase, and continue to ride hard! Any customer service I have needed from them has been great!

 

Just a FYI each pipe is built to order, they dont have any on a shelf ready to ship out. When you place the order they tell you that it will not ship out for 10-14 days (thats about 2-3 weeks) depending on how busy they are. Sounds like they are busy right now.

 

yeah maybe I'm being a little hard on them..Or the guy that took my order and put in the bottom of the stack,I talked him to getting the quiet core and black coating for free..lol,crap rolls down hill lol

 

At least you can get yours in black, they wont make a wolverine 450 pipe in black.

Not sure what kind of time system you use, but 14 days is exactly 2 weeks! Obviously 10 days is even less.

But with these kind of orders, one must be patient. They will get around to making it, and ship it out. You'll forget about the wait when you're out tearing up the trails!

 

10-14 business days, so that would make it only 5 days a week (mon - fri) so thats how you get your 2-3 weeks

 

Yea there slow, real slow .. I ordered my pipe on June 7, still haven't got it .. They said it was shipped on Friday but then thats what they said last Friday .. I think there bad and I probably wont order from them again ..
