Default no fire

I recently stripped my YFZ to paint the frame and after I put it back together it wouldn't start. I checked the plug for fire and it wasnt firing. Swapped plugs...still no fire. I checked all my connections and the spark plugs with an ohm meter and everything is fine. When i checked to see if I had current coming through the spark plug wires my meter barely moved. The motor turns over and the lights and fan work...I think that means my relay should be fine. I took the wires from my cdi box to my spark plug completely off and checked for bad spots but my meter said theyre fine. Is there a way to tell if my cdi box is bad??
