if u can sacriface some low end u can either go up one tooth in the front sproket or you can go down a tooth or more in the back sproket. sprokets are the cheapest way to get more low or top end. you can also down size in tires to get more acceleration or go up in size and get more top end. and a little advice just ignore idiots that only talk ****

Do you have any mods now? It may take a lot to blow him away, but to at least keep up maybe even beat him. I would start with a good pipe (like Toomey), a good air filter, get rid of the balloon rear tires if you still have them, get some high performance reeds, and you can get the head shaved down a little. To blow him a way, you may need a 240 kit and get the cylinder ported & polished.
