A Webcam is a better cam than Hotcam. The cam alone isn't going to improve power ALOT, but it will improve some. The cam is not hard to install with some mechanical ability. Setting the timing back right can be tricky if you haven't ever done it, but there's nothing to it. If you get a cam, you may want to go ahead and get a new outer bearing, as they are pressed on and hard to get off if you don't have the right equipment. Wiseco pistons were made for 2-strokes, IMO. I've heard bad things about about their 4-stroke pistons. JE makes a good, lightweight, 10.5:1 compression piston that you would be happy with. The 10.5:1 will still let you run on 93 octane fuel while giving you max compression. I would recommend the piston and the cam to give you a noticeable difference in power, but don't expect it to rip your arms off.

thanx but is the piston going to be a pain in the but to install? how much would it be to take it to a shop or dealership and have them install it?

Seems you me and you have alot in common with these things. I have the exact setup raptor450 is talking about. web .430 cam. I chose to go for the racier cam instead of the milder cam. and I also have the same piston he is talking about except its a wiseco. I would also recommend JE for reliabilety. Buddies have mine always have to replace Wiseco's. I havent had mine for that long so it hasent been a problem but who knows. JE's are reliable and thats what they run in top fuel cars also. The piston in my opinion was easier then the cam but its different for different people depending how much experiencce you have. Good power combo but it doesnt rip your arms out. I dont know about your price question though.

How much over is a 366? i was looking at the 396, which is a crank and a piston but its too expensive for a 396. For a little more I can get a 446 from FST which is what i am going to do eventually

366 is 80 over. I think most cylinders will only go 80 over, but I've heard the 350 cylinder will go one more than the rest. I have ran the JE piston in 2 Warriors that I had and one lasted forever and the other lasted a long time until I locked up the crank, but that was my fault (hammered down too hard for too long!) The 396 kit is for wimps! If you're gonna do it, why not go all out and get the 446?! Standard bore with the 10.5:1 JE will do almost as good as the 366. Just the weight reduction of the piston and the higher compression will help out alot. I'm not sure JE makes a standard bore. All you ever hear about is the 366 kit.

The Raptor 350 is good for all ages, depending on what you want. Yeah its not as fast as a 660 or 700, and it doesn't have the suspension that other bikes have, but its a good trail bike. The reason I did all of this work on my Warrior is because I got married and we are trying to save money for a house and land and I didnt want to spend $4000 on a 4 wheeler. I bought my Warrior for $1200 And I said "I'll just do a few odds and ends to it to make it better". I ended up putting too much money in it and yeah I should have just bought a 660, but the 450's cant leave me on the trail anymore, and depending on the rider, I have to stop and wait for them sometimes, so it now serves my purpose.
