Hotrods makes a stroker kit that's got 84mm bore and 7mm more stroke. Comes to 396cc. That will produce about 35 hp or so or in that range depending on how deep you go.
CWR uses a 89mm overbore and 9.5mm more stroke so that comes to 460cc. I would say that he's got the fastest kit not just because it's the biggest but using more compression the FST. I believe this kit will produce around mid 40's or so.
FST kit has 87mm overbore and 10.5mm more of stroke and has 446cc. clamed around 42 hp.
Powroll has a kit as well and uses 86mm more bore and 9.5mm more stroke. 430cc.

 

Not trying to be a di-ck or nothing BUTT!!! even if you put 8 grand in the 350 motor I do not think it could be made to go 100 mph there's alot of guys on here with 660 motors built large with 2-8 grand in them and im willing to bet that they wont even go 100 mph im sure they will hit some high numbers and get there fast but 100mph is a big BIG number when speaking of atv's..

 

I saw an outlander 800 in dirtwheels that was set up for desert racing that had quite a bit of work done that reached speeds near 100. Think about that, near 100 in a 800cc quad with a lot of money into it. a 350 with some work doing 115? doubt it

It would have to be an R1. Either that or it's all a dream! How bout a reply ARMYBOI?
