run synthetic oil, run engine ice, try a billet impeller from Pro Design, if that don't work try a new aftermarket radiator

Definatly get the impeller. Why they put a plastic one in is beyond me? I also run a larger radiator and it will still get hot if you are not pushing alot of air past the radiator.

the plastic impeller is fine if u are riding in <80 * conditions... but when u start getting higher up the engine needs a billet impeller.

The engine ice works great as mentioned.....just put the antifreeze back in for the winter time. Nothing helps keep a Banshee from overheating while idling for an extended period of time though. You can roll a new one off the showroom floor and it will be spitting coolant in 10 minutes idling.

One more idea. Dump in 10% methanol in the fuel tank and jack up your jetting 10%. Cooler running engine and a tad bit more power. Win, win.
