Default Need help Fire in the carb

My wifes 05 350 raptor has flames in the carb when you give it a little gas. It makes a popping sound too when the flames are present. I think the popping sound is due to the fuel igniting in the carb where it connects to the motor. Anyone experience this before or know why it is doing this. The bike is completely stock and well cared for. Maybe 25-30 hours on bike.

If it was a car the timing would be off. In this case I think your jets are off.

Rhino Warrior, Thanks for responding but the bike is completely stock. It can't be the jets because it ran great since the day I bought it brand new. Then I let it sit for about a month a couple of months ago without running it. I'm wondering if it's doing this because I haven't adjusted the valves yet.
