Default Banshee Carb Help

I just picked up a used Banshee for $500 from a friend of a friend. He bought it out in Portland, Oregon and it had some work done by the original owner. Well to make a long story short, it currently has Bill's Pipes, a Boost Bottle, Reed Spacers, TORS removed, and the filter is a Toomey 2 into 1 that clamps on to the stock carbs and runs to a K&N w/OuterWear. (No airbox.) I know it has been bored over (not sure how much) I don't think any other motor work has been done. It has good compression. I just took off the carbs and plan on cleaning them this weekend. It has 320 mains in it. Does that sound about right?? I plan on buying and installing an airbox w/ a K&N Pro-Flo kit because I ride in alot of various conditions and like the protection of the airbox. SO I was hoping for some help in what size jets, needle clip position, etc. to start with so I can get this baby running again. I know it will run if I can get these carbs right!! By the way the elevation in Wisconsin is 900'.

320 main sounds right.. i run a 300 with my mods, alot of the mods on yours are more "money wasters" than real performance parts.. ditch the K&N and get a uni, at 900' you won't have that much of a jetting change

Speedy2222 is correct. The #320 mains is about right. I run #310's with #27.5 pilots. Also, make sure when you reasemble the carbs that the slides are in the correct position. There is a window on each carb that allows you to see the drilled dimple on each slide as you lower the slide into the carb. This also allows you to adjust or "sync" the carbs so they draw at the same position as the other. I do not recommend this method of syncing your carbs since there is alot of room in that little window for that dimple to show. Good luck.
