Default Grizzly 80

My son had a grizzly 80 that has been running great untill the other day. I filled up the fuel tank and he took off well the thing just died. The only way to get it to run is fully choked! It is not running rich and as soon as you turn the choke off it dies and is a hard to restart. I also have a E-Ton (I know, I know) that has an automatic choke and it always ran great untill the same fill up, now it won't run.
My thought, water in the fuel...drained and refilled still doing it. Trash in the fuel??? tank looked clean???

Any suggestions would be great as it will get him off my back!!! (my son)

Thanks
