Did they change anything from the 07 to the 08?

I don't think so. I believe the 08' is a "carry over" from 07'. Someone will chime in if I am wrong.

That's good. I got a screamin' deal on an 07 SE so I was hoping I didn't miss out on much. Heck, I don't even pick it up for another 10 days cuz the aftermarket stuff won't be in yet.

You will really like your new quad. It has plenty of power and the power steering is awesome. Congrats! The wait is the hardest thing.

I have discovered the "pod mod" does not seem to work on late 07 (SEs mostly) or 08 Grizzlies (all).

You will love it. Break it in and have fun. Look up info under grizzly cold start and just search this site under Grizzy 700 FI. Lots of good info. Most cold start problems due to wrong oil used. I never had a problem down to 0'F. I got one of the first ones out. No problems. I can adjust my POD but I hear now Yamaha has stopped it. There is a way to do the FI pod adjustments but I have not learned the new way yet. Only problem I have is now my wife wants one. She loves the motor power and the power EPS.

Go to this site and read it all then watch the video at the end. It will tell you everything you need to know about the POD mod and how to adjust it.
