How much should I pay to have a banshee frame powder coated?? Also how much will it cost to have the upper and lower A-arms chromed? And swing arm? If any of you have had this done will you let me know what you had to pay so I have a idea when I go get some prices? THANKS!!

 

i'm not sure about the chrome plating but powder coating the frame might be around $400 give or take.

 

I payed around $110 to have the swingarm and axle carrier powder coated purple.

It held up for over a year until my amp link blew apart and the chain ripped half the paint off.

I filled it in with nail polish and it is still holding.

 

i got my 310r frame,swingarm,upper and lower a arms done in silver vein, and it turned out awesome.i had to have the frame completely sand blasted. $10.00 go to a buisness that blast big objects and they will do it while doing a big job,the swing arm i had bead blasted and had to take all the bearings out. the a arms had to be bead blasted and all bushings removed, cause after they paint the parts they run them thru a 400 degree oven but it looks so much better than a coat of krylon from a spay can.the cost of powder coating all of the frame arms and swing arm was $125. there are about 55 different colors and they have one they call chrome that shines real good, they even have a clear that they can spray on to make the coat shine.there is a new business in town that said they could do the same job for less. a heavy degreaser will streak up the finish though
