How's it going.I purchased a 700 Grizzly about two months ago and couldn't be happier. In the past I have owned two 660's and I think I am going to enjoy this 700 alot more.

Yep, congrats as well. I purchased a 2007 700 se about a week ago and get to pick it up with all the aftermarket stuff a week from tomorrow. I bought it for my wife because of the eps but I get to do the break in while I am up in Hurley Wisconsin for the weekend. I can't wait. I test drove one about a month ago and was so impressed with the power steering that I had to add one to the stable. If it is everything everyone says it is, I may switch to one myself. We shall see. Good luck with the new bike.

Put about 125 mi. this weekend.Bike was flawless.Even above 10,000ft.,the bike had plenty of power and I noticed alot less arm fatigue than the guy's I rode with! I guess you just can't beat the power steering/fuel injection combo!

That's good to hear. I am picking mine up this Thursday morning. One thing I noticed about the Grizz is that aftermarket parts like the front brush guards are near impossible to find. Has anyone else had this experience?

I'm not sure, but I've got the Yamaha aftermarket accessory catalogue and the Grizz shows the most accessories, including bush bars. I can give you the part no's and scan some pictures from it if you want.

I bought a genuine Yamaha bush bar, bumper extensions and headlight guards for my '07 Kodiak. They are well made (heavy construction), well finished and fit perfectly. They also are designed to compliment the profile of the machine. I'm glad I spent a few extra bucks and got it rather than some aftermarket ones. The whole set-up was $300 CDN. It will help save the lights and plastic when I'm in the bush.

I have to restate myself. They have a ton of aftermarket parts but they are virtually all on back order.

Welcome aboard! You'll be very happy with your new Grizzly.

The best thing about the Grizzly is how everything works together as a package. It is a very capable sport utility ATV, and always impresses me with how easily it can get through just about any trail challenge. Just last week I rode the entire 01 trail main loop of the Paiute Trail system in Utah, ... in one day. Thats right, 275 miles in one day on the Grizzly 700. I remember talking to another gentleman (who rode a Sportsman 500) while eating lunch in the local cafe in one of the towns along the trail, and he could not believe that I wasn't beat to death at that point (180 miles into the ride). He was so surprised that he talked me into taking my Grizzly 700 for a test ride in the cafe's parking lot after I finished my lunch. And now he wants a Grizzly 700.

The Grizzly is great, and you can ride them forever without getting worn out. They are simply the best overall sport utility ATV on the market right now if you ask me.
