I have a oo grizzly that smokes on cold startups after a oil change so the dealer changed oil filter still smoked then thay did a compression test checked valves changed plug serviced air cleaner still smokes it only has 100 miles on it help

 

Did your dealer check the valve seals.
Could be a problem there. How bad is it? Is it white smoke?

Hmmm? I am thinking Valve seals or guides too. Other than that I am hearing of Differential vents pushing oil into the air box. Maybe it settles into the carb boot or the Filter is soaked?

A NEW MACHINE SHOULDNT CAUSE THIS KIND OF STRESS YOU HAVE A 6 MONTH WARRANTY AND SMOKING IS NOT RIGHT TELL THEM TO FIX OR REPLACE TO YOUR SATISFACTION. I OWN A 01 GRIZ NO SMOKE. JUST A THOUGHT, WHAT OIL ARE YOU RUNNING ? HAVE YOU EVER ROLLED IT ? GOOD LUCK FELLOW GRIZZER !!!*!

 

Tell the grizzly that smoking is bad for it's health. At least you can replace the lungs in these.

it never been rolled the oil I use is yamalube 20w-40
