sounds like you need to replace the relay

 

I like the Yuasa batteries or the optima batteries(made by interstate)

 

I gave it one last desperate try. I am building a DS 650 from the ground up and on that frame (not a rolling chassis yet) It has an Oddessey battery on it. When I maintain it with a charger it reads full of charge within 5 min of putting the charger on it. SO I decided to remove it and put in the Raptor (I had another Battery off my other blown motor DS I was using). Lo and behold... it cranked over. I bumped into another problem (I heard the one way spinning and yes.. I have an L & A One Way in there) but I think that is attributed to the cold weather we are having. So... I extend a great thanks to all.. but particularly Quad-Maniac who has given me constant feedback and hope to continue chugging at this problem. Thanks again and you all have a happy holiday.

Now to address the other issues....
