havin problems with carb i think [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-disgusted.gif[/img] when i start the bike up it idles fine when i go to give it throttle is sputters and sometimes backfires can any body know what is causing this took it to a shop they told me sounds electrical but he said he did'nt really look at it can anybody help?

 

mine does that unless i let it warm up for about ten minutes before putting it in gear. i start it up, rev it up a couple times(i nkow it's not good for it when the engines cold), but if i pull the clutch in and just shift into first, still holding the clutch in, it will start sputtering and backfiring until i shut it off and restart it agian.

 

parking brake.,.. search parking brake for pretty much any help on removing one of the stupidest things yamaha ever put on a quad.
