Default No Start Problem

I Have an 01 Warrior that won't start.I checked the batt.it's good.I replaced the starter relay, nothing.I cleaned and checked all connections and checked the fuse.I can start it by jumping the starter relay, my neutral light and headlights don't come on, but the reverse light works. What could it be???? I hate to toss $$ at it to get it going. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

I have up loaded the wiring diagram to my host for you see link below, i don't know cause i have never owned a warrior before but i would imagine all the highlighted earths(grounds) will all be connected maybe in the headlight. This is the one I would suspect to be faulty, as the lights wouldn't work and also the starter solenoid wouldn't be earthed through the switch. Let me know if I am wrong I will study it again without the 8 cans of larger
