Ive been working on this all summer and i want to ride already im such a sad noob!

Make sure you don't drop the timing chain down after you put the cylinder on. You will be screwed! Also make sure the chain is around the gear on the bottom. I had one slip offf the gear one time. That was fun to get back on! I usually let the machine shop do my valves, but they say it's real easy to put them in yourself. You just need a valve spring compressor to do the job.

LOL, ya I did drop it and it came off the gear too, i had to use a metal coat hanger to get it out, I took the head in to a shop to have it done for $35 so I'm happy.. BUT I still need factory specifications for the stator bolt and timeing chain tensioner bolt andanything else u think might help me, o ya the distance between the valves and the piston shld be what? then line the 2 T's up and im good right?
specifications on bolts for 94 350 warrior pls any1?

As far as setting the timing, there is only 1 "T" on the stator or the magneto or whatever you call it. You can see the T through the peephole on the left hand top of the engine cases. With this on T, make sure the valves are both closed, then line your cam mark up with the notch on the head at the top. (about 11 o'clock). Once you got it all back together, spin the engine over with a wrench before starting, cause if your timing is off, the piston might hit the valve and bend it, then you're screwed again. So if you spin it over with a wrench and it won't spin over all the way, your timing is probably off.
