Blaster Problems

I got a blaster this weekend and cant get it running right. It has an FMF Fatty pipe and FMF silencer, and no air box lid. I purchased a Vito's jet kit for it and messed around with the jetting almost all day saturday, going from the most fuel possible to the least and everywhere in between, and back to the way it was. The only way i can get it running is if i pull start it. It will only run if i have it at full throttle, if i let the rpms drop then hit the throttle again, it will bog and the rpms will very very slowly climb until it revs pretty normaly at almost full throttle. It only has about 20 minutes on a fresh rebuild. I have the TORS system disconnected, and it has brand new reeds. To me the spark looks somewhat weak, so i am wondering if this could be being caused by the ignition system, I tested the ignition coil and the resistance was only about .9, my clymer manual says it is supposed to be 1.4 to 1.7. Could a faulty ignition coil be causing the symptoms i have? thanks for the help

I would rather not, only if it is something major. I tested the resistance on the primary coil tonight and the resistance was 20 ohms. Clymers says it is supposed to be 70-about 100 or something close to that, i cant remember exactly. I got it running for the first time without pull starting it, i leaned out the needle jet all the way and it started for me, but revs up very very slowly, then gets into the upper rpm/around full throttle and doesnt bog but revs somewhat normally. the spark is a yellow color. so before i go and buy a new ignition coil and stator, does anyone have any input as to if this could be my problem? thanks
