Just got done installing my Pro Design air box kit and it was a snap. Easy install with very good direction. Do yourselves a favor and get rid of the stock pos filter and get one of these kits.

Chasman...does the pro-design air box kit have any HP claims? You know like the 5-hp it gives the Banshee. Is re-jetting recommended?

I have installed one also. It has really changed the amount of inflow. I can really tell that mine needs to be rejetted. How much filter oil did you put on the outer filter?

I haven't even tried riding it yet. Didn't put any oil on filter yet because it is all snow here. The hp claim is 1-2 by tom at pro design.

I was wondering can you buy direct from them. And if so is there any prices difference. I have been looking in to getting one for my Wolverine. The cheapest I found was through Rocky Mountain for $90 and Dennis Kirk was $100. Also do they have a web site or a direct phone #.
Thanks in advance.

The Pro-Design alone does not give the Banshee 5HP. The stock thin filter flows better than anything.

What the Pro-design kit allows you to do is remove the airbox lid. This is what opens up the breathing on the Banshee and allows the HP gain. See www.mobiledyno.com for plots of stock vs snorkle removed. Very impressive.

I assume that this will be the same kind of effect on the Raptor but I don't know what the numbers will be.

Dyno runs have shown that the Pro Flow and K&N combo give 4.7 hp increase over stock on a Banshee..
