What is the difference between these two carbs?

Hundred dollar price difference and they look almost the same. Whats the difference???

The difference I see is one fits 05-06 and the other fits 05-07.

Didn't really read them, but on the second one i saw edelbrock, and didn't on the first. you'll pay more for it.

There both Edelbrock carbs. The only thing I noticed was the cheaper one had a red throttle cable holder and came with a adapter i guess you would call it
