Default Blaster ignition problem

Hello, My son's 2003 Blaster has no ignition spark , He was jumping hills in the pasture and when he landed hard the ignition just quit. I've tried a new plug with no luck. Ive also checked for a wire that may have come unplugged from the landing jolt. Is there a fuse somewhere that may have blown?? I thought to ask the forum if anyone has seen this problem before? If not, ill have to let the local rip-off dealer look it over. Thanks, Pete

sup, theres a micro switch on in the throttle of your blaster it operates a piece of **** called the TORS throttle on relay switch, they make kits to remove this terrible piece of junk from your bike, get a manual and a deletion kit search eBay its there! DO IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! as for now put the bike back together take that switch out of the throttle, try kicking her over if she starts wall la your tors like many has taken a **** on your parade!

Default Blaster ignition problem

There isn't any fuses with the Blaster, the TORS that they are talking about is a satfey device should your throttle stick and could be the problem. I don't remember the years but there are two different methodes of disconnecting them. The throttle box on top of the carb should have 2 wires coming out of it with a plug, according to Trenga racing the two wires should be cut and taped so they don't short. There should also be a wire going into your thumb throttle that will need to be cut. I have found the Trenga sheet and the 2003 should just need the wires cut. previous years had a box that needed to be taken out. The other more common problem is the wire that would connect to the coil. Take the seat up and lift the rubber flap up at the back of the gas tank. You will see the connection that I'm talking about and just make sure it is secure. We race 2 blasters MX and see this problem once and a while. Hope this helps
