Default Brake Problem!!! PLEASE HELP!!!

I have a 2002 yamaha raptor 660r and first of all it all started with my one wheel would lock up in the front nd the other would just slow me down. so i decided to change the pads and since then i got no brakes in the front! i have tested the lines and pressure of the mastercylinder and all check out ok!! Then i pumped the brakes, Held it and opened the bleeder valve on both sides and then closed it. Now i have a little pressure and with it up on a jack the one side is tighter then the other but it still acts as there are no brakes on the quad when i try to use the front!!!! Please Help and thanks in advace!!
