Default Warrior Troubles, Some Input Please, ANYONE

i just picked up a 1998 warrior 350 and it only has 50 hours or so and only been sank once. i know cuz i did it when my buddy got it new back in the day. so i know the history. here is the inlaying problem. stock mikuni carb and parts. only main jet has been replaced (it was stuck in the jet port from sitting so long). bike starts great, runs like hell. i am gettin a cough and spit and bog out when given any amount of throttle. at first after the jet replacement, it would rev up as much as you want, but once in motion it bogged down and stalled. if someone has some sort of input, or tech advice, i am tech savvy, certified in motorcycles, and familiar with mikuni carbs, but i am at a brain fart and dont know which way to turn. thanks.

Have you cleaned the whole carb? There are more jets and passages that need cleaning other than the main. Sounds like the low speed circuit is stopped up, which has a pilot jet that is probably clogged. You may want to soak the carb in cleaner for a few hours to loosen up all the gunk, then scrub the bowl if you haven't already and blow out all the jets.
