axle question

Default axle question
My brother has a 2001 Raptor and somehow he shredded the bearing carrier and was wondering how to know if he screwed up his axle. He thinks it got a little shredded to but I think it is supposed to be like it is.

probably not..just needs new bearings...while you have it apart add a zerk fitting then pack it full of grease..that will keep water out better

Default axle question
The bearing carrier is junk and I need to know if the bearing carrier might have reamed out the axle but if it did, it didn't do it by much. Is the axle still good?
