the allen key is to remove the caliper bracket(if it is like my wolverine.) There should not be any adjustment to get the pad in other than compressing the piston back into the caliper.

no its not the bolt that removes the caliper from the swingarm. and if that cant adjust then i dont know how you would put on new pads becuase the thickness of the metal alown barly fits, and no its not becuase these new pads are thicker.....

HELP!!!!!!
i had my cam and valve springs installed at the shop, i brought it come. installed my cylinder. installed my head. timed it as my manual says, "align the I mark on the stator with the notch in the viewing hole. then align the notch on the cam chain sprocket with the notch on the head." i did that. tried turning it over and the compression is holding it back. when it gets to the compression stroke it stops. then goes again, i thought maybe somthing is *****ed so i took out my sparkplug and it turns over super fast, not a problem. there is also a mark on the stator with a "H"... i trued it on there and it ran but then my cam chain sprocket came loose and the motor made a knocking noise so i stopped it. (this was before i foudn the I on the stator) HELP!!! should i put it back to the H and see if it runs!?

If it's popping its running lean, or your timing could be off a tooth. I don't know about Raptor's, but on my Warrior there was a mark "T" (top dead center) that you were to align with on stator, not an H. But you would have to take it up online somewhere or in a manual for your bike. However, if you are still running a stock jetting I imagine its just time to rejet.
