there is no cheap way to get 85 hp ..... might as well buy a 4-mill cub !!! that will get you around 80 ish poneys. a grand for cub cyln and pistons,400 4-mill crank, 350 ish for carbs, 450ish for drag pipes,300 or more for swing arm .
banshee's are cheaper to mod...BUT .. when you want to go FAST you better be ready to spend some cash. there is no cheap way to go fast, sorry.

85HP is obtainable with a stock cyl motor but it will cost alot. 7mil crank, case trenching, Stronger Clutch, or a lockup, full blown drag port .60 over for a bigger exhaust port, bigger carbs and intakes, drag pipes, pistons, cut stock head, advanced timing, reeds 110 octane or ALKY, a longer swingarm, diffrent gearing, tires that will hook,. Or best way like kawiking said cub cyls and all of the goodies to make 85HP.

With the mods you have now your probably rite around the 48hp mark and the "Boost Bottle" does nothing but crack your intakes in the longrun. TR6 Pipes are made for stock motors they can handle minor porting but anywhere past mild and you need new pipes like T5s, CPI, Shearers(full blow drag pipes)

HP is not cheap.

well you can go cool head or shaved head....... now the ? is ,do you want to run race gas, 50/50 or pump gas ? timing plate--not key --sety it on 4-- shave your flywheel is a good mod.. lets it rev up faster.

yfz's are strong... epecially with mods. pretty much going to need at least a play port. i shaved my head .030... it has 140 compression,i could run pump gas but i have a drag port ,+5 timing so im running 50/50 race gas. 155 ish and more is 50/50 gas..... if u want to run a cool head and pump gas, ud want probably a 20 dome.
you should be closer than 5 bikes ! dont let off the gas when you shift .. pin it to win it, u have to stay in the power band.
