If you are doing the assembly yourself then you should only need to take the cylinder and the engine cases to the machine shop if not take the entire engine to them. The Cam timing will not change when you bore and stroke the engine. Cam timing can only be changed by either a adjustable cam gear, skip a tooth on the chain or a offset keyway on the crank gear.

You'll need the cases, the cylinder, the new sleeve, and the piston with rings. The cylinder will need to be bored to accept the new sleeve. Then the sleeve is installed and the sleeve has to be bore and honed to get the proper piston to cylinder wall clearances and the rings will need to be filed for the right ring gap. Then (or this can take place after the sleeve install) the cases need to be bored to accept the larger sleeve.
