Has anyone experienced a hard to shift 2001 Yamaha wolverine? I just bought this thing for my son and it's in wonderful condition and has pretty low hours on it. I know that the wolverine has a shift adjustor on it but that looks like a position adjustment, but I'm not sure.
Any advice would be great.

 

If you look in your manual it tells you how to adjust the clutch free play. Don't know if this will help or not but it is worth a try. My 01 wolvy shifts fine except for when you first start out it is very difficult going from reverse back to neutral. Others (in this forum) have said to try synthetic oil to help and make sure it is of proper grade.
