Sorry I have a noob question. I am changing my Blasters crankcase oil. The window where you measure how much fluid goes. Now do I use that window to measure with the 4 wheeler running or not running?

Also, I am using Bel Ray gear saver.

Not running, you can warm it up and check it, if you dont plan on draining the old oil out of there which you should. Just make sure its on level ground. Belray gear saver is good stuff.
