in the below post, it has me wondering if I should put an outerwear over my pro design filter on my raptor, especially since I ride X country and have the snorkel off (mud!) I am in the process of jetting and have a outerwear from a banshee the HOPEFULLY will fit over the huge pro design.

That's three levels of filtering, would it bring the airflow efficiency back to stock? I'm not sure.

You guys need to shrink your profiles. You're eating up bandwidth. Get rid of the lid or you're worrying about very small performance gains.

BY all means put the outerwear on there. We do it
here in Florida. We run Pro Design and pre filter
with outerwear. No sand in the carbs.

I just ordered some new jets for my Raptor. I got a 172.5 and a 177.5. Do you think i will be to rich? I am currently running a Big Gun full exhaust. And by the way, where did u get your filter? does anyone else make a filter setup? have u heard when K@N will be releasing a filter for the Raptor?

I found running the pre-filter that came with the proflow kit to be too restrictive for my wolverine, I called proflow and they said the prefilter was for extremely dusty conditions, dunes etc.I wanted to keep airflow to a max. so I left mine off.

I think I saw a K&N filter for the Raptor on EBAY.
