badger 80 valves

Default badger 80 valves

does any one have the valve adjustment specs for a badger 80 or a service manual? not sure what year it is i think its a 90 model

Default badger 80 valves

intake 0.05 - 0.10 mm (0.002 - 0.004 inches)
exhaust 0.075 - .125 mm (0.003 - 0.005 inches)

with engine cold

Default badger 80 valves

My manual says 0.05 -0.10mm (0.002-0.004in) intake measured cold of course.
0.075-0.125mm(0.003-0.005in) exhaust, once again measured cold.

That little square end on the rocker adjust screw is a booger to deal with on the intake valve unless you pull the carb/intake tube.

Other than that I felt like I was adjusting valves on a Volkswagen. Easy Access, easy adjust.
