Hello: can anyone tell me Definitively where the v.i.n is located on what I believe to be a 90-99 big bear or moto-4 350. I've looked this thing over pretty good but nothing jumps out at me. Is it a stamped aluminum tag ? or is the v.i.n stamped into the frame ?. I've looked the frame over pretty good and it looks like original paint w/ <u>no</u> grind marks like some one ground the v.i.n off. any help out there ?? Thanks

 

On both of my machines, it is stamped into the left side frame rail in the area of the shifter. Other than there, I have heard about someplace on the front of the frame on one of the uprights. Take a close look in those areas, maybe it has been creatively removed?!

 

ohyeahfriday : Thanks very much you were right !! upon closer inspection and a piece of scotch bright I was able to uncover it. I was expecting bigger font, but what I found was the vin laser etched into the frame not stamped .. Thanks very much for the help
