I figured mine out,it was the starter relay assembly (starter solenoid) 22.00 at ridenow .com,but I also replaced the two relays starts like brand new

 

I am having some issues as well.
When I turn the key on and press the starter button, I feel and hear the starter relay click as well as the starter engine cut-off relay (the one with the white connector), and my neutral light is on.
Here is what I have done:
- Jumped form battery to starter directly: Starter Turns as it should.
- jumped across the starter relay: Starter turns as it should.

I have tried the boosk suggestions for cont. on the neutal relay and starter cut-off relay, but cant figure out the wiring on them.

Any suggestions?
