Default stiff throttle cable

On my 88 warrior the throttle cable is rather stiff, you know the kind of stiff that after a day of riding your thumb is falling off. You guys have any idea?

you probably need to lube the cable, spray the cable with cable lube and see what that does. to make the job easier you can buy the cable lube and the cable lube tool for about 12-14 bucks from rockymountainatv.com or if your near a cycle shop you can get it there.

when you lube your cables make sure you do it in 10 2 sec. intervals and keep doing it until you start to see the lube running out of the bottom of the cable. if it's comming out black or looks dirty keep doing it until it look clean and clear.
