What type of tires you got and how do they slide?

I want a set of tires that are at least 4 ply fit on a 8 inch rim.They have to slide really good to.I was wondering what type of tires you have and how they slide.They have to be between 18-20 inched.are there any tires that fit the bill?This is on a blaster.Money is kinda important but I can just save up more.
