i just repacked my WB E-series with a roll of silencer paking that measured 11"x16". it gave me enough to roll it around the silencer 2 times. but i noticed that it doesn't fill the can. basically what i'm saying is there's still room in the can. isn't the packing supposed to fill the entire can? should i buy another sheet of packing?

 

Yeah, put some more in there. You want it tight enough that it fills the can snug, just not so tight that you have to force it all in.

 

By the way, how bad did that old packing look? Probably didn't even look like packing anymore, huh?

 

it didn't look that bad actually. i was suprised. it was shot though. there were no sides left to the packing lol. just top and bottom.
