I have not heard anything about a 4 valve head that will be a direct bolt on.

<div class="FTQUOTE"><begin quote>Originally posted by: yamaman85

it honestly jumps just as good as my old yfz. It can handle 50 ft jumps and lands like a feather with no bouncing.</end quote></div>

do what... there is no possible way 50ft jumps on a woly, the suspensions is good for trails and is toleradble on the track but its 4x4 which makes the front end heavy, no way you'll clear 50ft without flipping first....

Does anyone make a performance chip for the Wolverine? My 08 is stock, and I have got it up to 54MPH on a dry lake bed.AS far as mileage,I've found that when I was riding mine on that dry lake, and a lot of smooth paths at higher speeds, I got pretty ran through 2 gallons in a short time.according to my odometer,I got something like 9 MPG,but las week I was did almost 40 miles, not going over 35MPH,but doing a LOT of climbing up 30 or 40 hills and trails,I only used about 2 gallons.

Default Wolverine 450 engine mods?

i was just wondering about some upgrades for my 08 wolverine. I was looking for some power of course, and also a rear rack or a rear seat so my girlfriend can ride with me and i won't have to worry about her falling off, so if anyone could lemme know about either of these i would greatly appreciate it, THANKS

Well there are 2 racks for the wolvy, CMP and GYTR that is the only 2 i have heard of. (actually have the CMP rack now after I sold the GYTR one). Seats, havent seen one for it.

Performance mods are coming around now. Look at my sig, pretty much whats available at this time, except for Hauck clutch machining(coming soon) Better shocks and a Locking front diff.

As for your top speed BigJake 54 is about the best I have heard of stock. Mine is up to about 55-56 now, after the hauck clutch work I should be up to 58-60 I believe. Noone offers a new CDI box for it yet, The tops speed is limited by the clutch not the cdi so even a cdi probably wont help top speed.(ive never even hit the rev limiter except in reverse)

ctateusa1,
Thanks for the info.I don't mind saying it took me a long time to finally hit 54.I was on a dry lake bed athat was about 3 miles long.Under normal distances,;loke 1/4 nile,I'm lucky to hit 49.It really takes the Wolverine a good amount of time to get above 50 mph.Can you elaborate on why you opted to replace your OEM rack with the CMP?Did you have to modify/fabricate anything to get the CMP system on your bike? Thanks again
