so i got the power commander lol.... i have a 2007 raptor 700r with a drd slip on gytr big air kit and now a power commander but i cant find a map for it.. any help would be great ... and should i remove the air box?

 

building a drag quad costs $$ im at 4k in mods and still counting.... just thouight i'd let you know.

 

best dragger for the dollar...lol a banshee of course or any 450's honestly honda is ok but stock there slow but they have ALOT of potential when you start to modify, ds650 is a good choice too if u like to spew money, same with rappy 700, to be honest a banshee would have to be the easiest,cheapest,fastest way to go in my opinion...banshee's can get smoked by alot of things but 90% u gotta peel out way more money then the guy who is riding a banshee to beat him...

 

When i first started buying things for my DS i thought the motor mods would be expensive. Its the whole deal that is costing me a fortune. Big paddles $400, drag axle $600, , longer swingarm $300, chain + sprockets $200. it just goes on and on and on lol

 

lol ha yea but honestly i cant see anything but a banshee being cheapest and easiest way to build a dragger, so many parts out there and there not too too expensive and there is so much potential from those machines, you could find an ok banshee for like $2500 that already has like toomey t5's and boost bottle,K&N, and then put a little more money down and raise the compression, get some coolheads or stroke it and you wouldnt end up spending too much,but best stock dragger id just get yourself a 450 and set it up right

 

You can not beat a banshee in a drag, i live by K&T performance and their banshees are unbeatable, even turbo raptors can't beat them, im a yfz guy but you go to sand mountain in utah and watch them banshees race you'll for sure buy a banshee. K&T built a banshee called crankinstien last i heard it did 86 mph up sand mountain , ya that pretty dam fast considering im not even hitting 50 with what i got done to my 450. look in your newspaper find a banshee for cheap do pipes cool head carbs bore it out .040 over port it to hell advance the timing lightnen your flywheel reeds and what ever else and you wont get beat by a 450,700 or what evers out there. ya those other bikes those guys were takin about are fast but this will beat them hands down. or you can always throw a busa in something [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]

 

yfz takes 700 all day baby and yfz will take a modded trx easy

ha yfz huh? after the 3 mods i did to mine then just having a map made i went to deep water atv park at truman lake in missouri.. and raced 5 yfz's i beat them all.. by 3 lengths.. and they werent stock.. the thing most guys dont know about the 700's is that u don't rap the gears out like a yfz u shift fast in lower rpm range thats where all the 700's power is , the yfz is a bad *** quad but it just dont have enough cc's..

 

or you can be like my buddy making 80hp with a raptor with less than 1000 into it.
