Default 95 Warrior with no spark??

Ok my pickup did that to me. My battery ground wire was so corroded it wasn't allowing it to ground properly causing all kinds of trouble. This might be it.

unplug the stator/magneto from the harness test the green and red for power then test the red and white for power. i believe im having the same problem with mine. the service manual tells you the exact range of ohm's the magneto should read. in the back of the manual starting on page 290 it gives you step by step instructions on what to test and what the ohm range is for the particular part. it helped me out a lot!!

f1coop, If your new stator has the two pigtail connections (one round with three white wires, and the other square with four wires) disconnect the square one, and on the stator side there should be one solid red wire......get a small paper clip or small enough screw driver and disconnect the red wire from the clip inside the pigtail, fold it over or tape it for now and reconnect the pigtail.......then try starting it up. Hope this works!
