Default street legal quad?

Speaking of......

I saw a 4 wheeler type vehicle (open rider) on the way home tonight. Dallas Texas. It had extra "body parts" but was essentially a 4 wheeled motorcycle. It was white with blue (extra nice paint) and the guy's outfit matched it. Looked extremely aerodynamic. Any knowledge of this would be great if someone shared some pics or something..... Anybody????
