I have had a terrible experiance with Golden West Cycles.I ordered Razr Tires and ITP Racing Wheels from them,I was shocked as anything when My order arrived, they sent Me Razr Tires mounted on Douglas Wheels with 1 ring on the outside!! I called them right away to inform them of the mistake, they then told Me that ITP and Douglas are made by the same Company(they are not)anyway they did not want to hear that they sent the wrong Wheels and would not make arranggments to have them picked up,they proceeded to tell Me that I could ship them back but I would have to pay the shipping cost plus a 20% Restock Fee.So I had to pay for someone elses mistake!! I have sent them back Myself and it so far has cost Me $26.00 not including the 20% Restock that I have to pay.Buyers dont let something like this happen to You!!!!

Did you charge it? If you did, refuse payment and the credit card company will help settle it!!
Tell the credit card company what happened and that you arent paying for something you did not order!
ALso I have never had any problem with golden west cycle, but I would talk to management and discuss it

If you really want results, call ITP directly, ask to speak to the head cheese. Tell the head cheese that you ordered ITP wheels from this company, and they sent you Douglas wheels, and then claimed that they were made by the same company. ITP will hold shipment to this company until you get the results you wanted. I used this technique when Pro Racing sent me warped rims, then would not replace them. Always go straight to mr big. Don't ever waste your time on some minimum wage idiot.
