Are all the clutches on the warrior hard to pull in. There are a couple of warriors around me, including mine, and the clutches are a little hard to pull in. Especially compared to some other four wheelers around. Is there anyway that I can make it easier? Any kits? My clutch isnt real hard or unbearable but I would like to make it a little easier. I have tried cable lubricant.

When the clutch is new it is harder to pull. There are a number of things you can do... The easiest is to build up your "clutch muscle" using a "grip builder" (about $5 at most chain stores). There are a few manufacturers of aftermarket clutch perches that claim to reduce the "pull effort", but they are NOT cheap. I read in Dirt Wheels or 4-Wheel ATV Action (some time in the last year) and they tested one of the major brands.... they indicated that it was a definate improvement over stock.

Check out http://www.fmfracing.com for one example of cost ($100).

A better idea may be "Moose - Easy Pull Clutch System" ($40 at Dennis Kirk Item #57706) http://www.denniskirk.com

I've never noticed any warrior clutches to be hard to pull, but there is several different after-market clutche levers and perches that can help you out. I personally use a MSR Easy-pull on my banshee, cost me about $60-70 cnd. It will get rid of your park-brake though. There is a company that makes hydraulic clutch systems, dont know how much or who it is though...

The hydraulic clutch kit is made by Billetanium. I've never personally seen or used one but all I've read about them has been very good.www.billetanium.com

I have had my warrior for a year now and the clutch got alot easier to pull in. It may be that you need to break it in more and it will get easier.
