Hey folks. Just signing on for the first time. Long-time rider, first-time owner (new 450 Griz). Looking forward to sharing thoughts. Looks like lots of experience out there. Been looking in on you for a while.

I WAS LOOKING INTO GETTING THE SAME BIKE. I DONT KNOW MUCH ABOUT THEM SO I WAS WANTING TO KNOW WHAT THE PROS AND CONS ARE WITH YOUR BIKE. YOU PROBABLY DONT HAVE MUCH TIME ON IT YET BUT ANY INPUT WILL HELP. I CURRENTLY RIDE REALLY NASTY TERRAIN IN WASHINGTON AND WOULD NEED THE NEW BIKE TO DO THE SAME. STEEP HILLS, DEEP RUTS, SIDE HILLS, AND MUDHOLES. I HEARD SOME PEOPLE CALL THE GRIZ UNSTABLE AND NOISY BUT OVERALL A PRETTY GOOD MACHINE.

You pick the right quad. There's not really a better all around quad than yours. It's got all the features. I rode mine hard and never had one problem but a small leak around a seal in the rear differental.

First let me say that I don't think the "perfect" machine exists. There's always something better or worse when you compare. I haven't had a lot of time on it yet but can say I'm satisfied so far. Not sure where the unstable thing came from. It isn't as tall as some other models and seems better planted than some that I've ridden. Its already outperformed larger machines in deeper snow (Idaho). Don't know if that capability translates to mud. Check Camo's post about dependability. No regrets here.
