I don't know what kind of carb it is, dodge switched carbs so many times throughout the years that I couldn't even figure it out with the service manual. It is the factory 2 barrel though.
I really don't think my trouble lies within the carb itself. Sometime I just want to hook up that cut fuel line and see what happens, that'll tell me a lot. Hopefully i'll be able to do something with that to get it running better, because I don't see myself paying to get this carb rebuilt or to get a 4 barrel edelbrock like I originally was going to do. Not when i've seen nice early 90's conversion vans going for around $2,000, and I can probably sell this one for at least $1,000. That's all I paid for it, so if I get that much this will be the first vehicle i've owned that I haven't taken a huge loss on.
Well, I also bought a honda CRX for $100, and after it was completely trashed I still got almost 200 in scrap for it. That thing was trashed so bad that the unibody structure was starting to cave in on itself, and the only thing keeping it rigid was the roll bar we put in.

Yeah you can pick up the them vans for pretty cheap it's what i've noticed. and it could be just the fact that it's an old vehicle. i talked to the guy who cleaned my carpets this weekend had an 07 3500 it was a big freaking van said with all his gear and such the van only got 13mpg and it was fuel enjected. i guess you just have to take what you can get and when you're not using it every weekend screw it. thats why i have my little toyota car.
