Default Jetting?

I'd recommend a very small size change with the set-up, but definitely go a bit larger to increase fuel to air ratio. Running lean will cause damage pretty quick. It will run hot due to the lean mixture, and will not cool well.

I would recommend taking a look at Toomey's website and seeing if they can help with best jetting.

I did some looking and FMF recommends a 260 for original piston/bore and their rig, I bet you'd need to go up a bit from there. Also it depends on several things to get optimum jetting. Including Altitude, Average Temp, Humidity, and fuel type and mix ratio.

Good luck
