00beartracker I think the problem is that most people here don't know what your asking. Obviously you realize that the Beartracker is a 4 stroke so your not talking about oil and gas mixtures.
Are you talking about blow-by causing oil to accumulate in the air intake? If so it could be a compression/ring problem.
Could you be more specific.

the guy i bought it from just told me that it does get oil and gas in the breather element so i take it that it is a ring issue and that really sucks.thanks for the reply head now i get to gut motor and start over lucky me.

Does the ATV run good? We had a few ATVs with oil in the air box and it turned out to be either the oil level was to high or it gather from a tip over or steep hill climbing and descending type riding. The crakcase vent line blows oil in the air box.

i removed the drain plug for the crankcase and the oil was full of gas and also the piston was ceased in the cylinder i have taken the atv to a shop to have them pull the motor and check it all the way out and let me know what i am looking at to get it fixed. and thanks for all the replies to this post.
