I've been looking around for a winch for my 08 wolverine,but haven't been able to find one other than the Warn,which is more than I'd like to pay.I was interested in the Extreme winches on Ebay,but was told their sytem for an 06 Wolverine won't work.Is there something different on the newer models?Thanks

 

that is most likley a bunch of b/s ...... look at the gorilla on ebay.....or viper or venom .... i have a warn on my 07 works great......but i have heard good things of aftermarket..... if you have a costco near you check them out and see if they have the 2500 pound champion....a friend has it and it has been awesome for him..... all you will need is a mount....and there are a few companies that make them....

Don't buy the extreme winch off ebay, I had there 2500 lb winch on my 06 wolverine 450, used it a few times and the motor started grinding, pulled apart cleaned the geased the gears. Cleaning and regreaseing didn't even help. Ended up getting rid of it and getting a warn winch. I would really recommend the warn winch!!
