speed on warrior

Default speed on warrior

i have a 99 warrior,but have never seen how fast it will go.so how fast do u think a stock warrior in good shape will run.mine wont be as fast since i have a 12 tooth sprocket on front.

koopa, didn't you read he's got a 12 tooth sproket on it so that brings it down to 160mph duh..

no seriously 50 mph, but why did you put a 12 tooth front sprocket on, is your rear stock?

yea the back is a 40 tooth ,i havent been around sport atvs very much and dont kow hardly anything about them .a guy i worked with said that is the way he would have it for trail ridin, and that is all i do is trail ride.what gearing should i use or what has worked best for you guys.

Stick with stock gearing. That is what the 6 speed is for. The chances you will ride it on the trail at max speed are pretty slim. Spend your money on other things.

i have an 87 warrior with a slip on DG RCM2 jetted 155 with stock gearing and i took it down the road racing my sisters 99 nissan pathfinder and she said i was cruising wide open 6th at 74 ....

i have an 87 warrior to with all the mods listed below i hit 77MPH beside my moms volvo station wagon...

i think i got the extra 3mph from the extended shifter
